CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT

1. Enrolment is accepted when the test & course fees have been paid.
2. Enrolments must be made at least 10 days before the test date. If you wish to cancel or change the test date, 48 hours notice must be given or you will forfeit the complete fee. Cancellations will incur an administration charge of 20% or you may retake the test within 12 months of payment. You can withdraw from a course before the course or up to 2 days after the start of the course and receive a refund of 50% of course fees.
3. Refunds are not available after 12 months.
4. The examiners decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Candidates must present a passport on the test day.
6. If a test date is cancelled due to fewer than 10 test candidates, a full refund or alternative test date will be offered.
7. Candidates cannot retake the test within 4 weeks of taking a TOEIC test.
